Chicken sausage stroganoff 🥘 This is a meal if you want some comfort food but also something quick and easy 🍽️ this dish is creamy, flavorful and ready in no time, less than 30 minutes. Save this for an easy weeknight dinner 🍛 Recipe: 24 oz chicken sausage, I used the cheddar one from Trader Joe’s 1 yellow onion, diced 6 oz mushrooms, sliced 3 tbsp tomato paste 🍅 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1.5 cup heavy cream 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos 1 cup bone broth or beef broth Parsley for topping 1. Slice up chicken sausages and cook in a pan in olive oil over medium heat. Cook in batches if necessary, and transfer to a plate once cooked through. 2. Sauté onion in pan for a couple of minutes until softened. Transfer to plate. Do the same with mushrooms. Once mushrooms are cooked for a few minutes, transfer back sausage and onion. Combine. 3. Add cream and broth and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Add to tomato paste, mustard and soy sauce, mix to combine and bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and serve with basmati rice or egg noodles.
