There’s something pretty amazing about that sweet savory tangy combo, but there’s no reason pasta should be the only one having fun. I love making this with eggs too 🍳 perfect for breakfast or brunch! 🍅 12 oz cherry tomatoes or sliced larger tomatoes 8 oz feta cheese. I used a tomato basil one otherwise add some spices, basil/oregano + salt 8 eggs Olive oil 1. Add cherry tomatoes to an oven save tray, along with feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, and bake in the oven at 400F for 20 - 25 minutes. 2. Remove from oven, crack eggs over tomatoes, and bakes until egg whites are set, ~6-10 minutes, depending on how runny you like your yolks. 3. Remake from oven and stir to combine everything. Serve with bread or lavash 🫓
