Mine would be my first kiss at 13 yrs old- leaning over to kiss a boy I had a crush on while we rode in a pedal boat. Sitting on the roof of a fraternity with my then boyfriend-watching a once in a lifetime meteor shower with thousands of falling stars. A moment I didn’t need to capture via phone- the feeling and the visual are etched in my mind forever. The blissful joy and elation I felt when I looked in my daughter’s eyes for the first time. You see, the most beautiful moments of joy happen in sips, not gulps. That’s why it’s so important to occasionally put down the phone and live in the moment.
