55 days out 75! It’s not even hard anymore, it’s just building consistency for our fitness goals. As we transition out of this portion of our health and wellness journey, I am fully embracing the next phase of the journey which is running. After taking a step back from social media, I’m easing back in with simple habits that actually help me feel like myself again.
