Once you start, you can’t stop.🫶🏽

We been in Arizona for a good 9 months & honey..it’s time to figure out the science behind my natural hair. As you know, I’ve given up my sew ins for the rest of the year to focus on what God gave me. 🤗🫶🏽 being a straight natural, who is a fitness girl and lives in the literal desert, this has been a true test. I’ve had to completely rewire my brain & rethink my entire hair routine from products, hydration levels etc. @kerastase_official have been carrying me through this round of 75 hard.

We are getting a little more comfortable going to events in Arizona & this private screening was what I needed to reset for the week. We are less than 12 days away from completing 75 hard! 55 days out 75! It’s not even hard anymore, it’s just building consistency for our fitness goals. As we transition out of this portion of our health and wellness journey, I am fully embracing the next phase of the journey which is running.
