55 days out 75! It’s not even hard anymore, it’s just building consistency for our fitness goals. As we transition out of this portion of our health and wellness journey, I am fully embracing the next phase of the journey which is running. Aging gracefully means your fitness journey makes or breaks your happiness in life. You truly understand that the vessel God blesses you with should be at the forefront of your wellness journey.

I said I wanted a less sweaty hobby and somehow ended up playing tennis 🥲 But being on the court reminded me how many of us millennials were raised to be serious early. Responsible. Practical. Always preparing for the next thing. Idk..hobbies stopped feeling necessary and started feeling optional.

After taking a step back from social media, I’m easing back in with simple habits that actually help me feel like myself again.
