Running in Downtown Dallas is crazy work but @runitup_dallas got into it! I’ve been seriously fighting the urge to disappear off social media, but God always brings me back to my promise to Him. As we parents are winding down the summer break, it’s time to reset and ground ourselves back into the household routine 🫠 and that’s okay.. just make sure you are still stewarding your body, mind & time intentionally 🫶🏽
