55 days out 75! It’s not even hard anymore, it’s just building consistency for our fitness goals. As we transition out of this portion of our health and wellness journey, I am fully embracing the next phase of the journey which is running. When I tell you I HATED running before and now I can’t get enough of signing up for 5k’s now!? The switch up? It should be illegal 😅🫶🏽 happy Friday and let’s get prepared for another great week.
