We been in Arizona for a good 9 months & honey..it’s time to figure out the science behind my natural hair. As you know, I’ve given up my sew ins for the rest of the year to focus on what God gave me. 🤗🫶🏽 being a straight natural, who is a fitness girl and lives in the literal desert, this has been a true test. I’ve had to completely rewire my brain & rethink my entire hair routine from products, hydration levels etc. @kerastase_official have been carrying me through this round of 75 hard.

55 days out 75! It’s not even hard anymore, it’s just building consistency for our fitness goals. As we transition out of this portion of our health and wellness journey, I am fully embracing the next phase of the journey which is running. When I tell you I HATED running before and now I can’t get enough of signing up for 5k’s now!? The switch up? It should be illegal 😅🫶🏽 happy Friday and let’s get prepared for another great week.

The 75 Hard challenge pushes you to your limits, testing mental toughness like nothing else. It demands a gallon of water daily, a strict diet, reading 10 pages of non fiction, progress pics, and for those with faith, daily Bible study. If I can do it just know you can too 🫶🏽

I said I wanted a less sweaty hobby and somehow ended up playing tennis 🥲 But being on the court reminded me how many of us millennials were raised to be serious early. Responsible. Practical. Always preparing for the next thing. Idk..hobbies stopped feeling necessary and started feeling optional.

After taking a step back from social media, I’m easing back in with simple habits that actually help me feel like myself again.
