We shot this last week for you tube, as one of our must-try recipes for Autumn. Really you make a lovely naturally sweet tomato base and add creamy white beans, couldn’t be simpler 💯 . You need ~ 1 small onion, peeled and diced 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves of garlic, peeled 10-15 cherry tomatoes, washed and halved 1 teaspoon smoked paprika x2 tins organic plum tomatoes 1 tablespoon tomato purée x2 tins butter beans, or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (these are precooked) sprig of thyme 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) bread/ or toast, to serve .
