I don’t mean to gloat but this was my weather here today in Los Angeles on Tuesday, January 20th , 2026! 🥳

Although, I think the temperature was in the mid 70s, I was so happy to be outside in my fleece lined,one piece, all in one, activewear jumpsuit. 👏 I may have even done some yoga poses outside today🤭

I am loving these jumpsuits so much I now have 4 colors and I am gonna be wearing them all week to help me wrap my head around what my physicality actually is right now.

Total Backfire!🙄

First day back @lafitness and my body totally rebelled! ⚡️

Just 10 min on the elliptical and the rowing machine led to excruciating muscle cramping at 3am🤦🏻‍♀️

Consider this your reminder that slow and steady wins the race. I had already done 30 min of Pilates and recumbent at the beginning of the day and I should have realized that was enough🤷🏻‍♀️

Girls, are you on a weightloss or weight management journey?

Portion size is such an easy way to implement changes but still include your favorites.

I can almost guarantee you will be shocked when you weigh out an actual serving size from the product packaging!

28 grams is the serving size for these sweet potato chips which equates to one handful from the bag.

Easy thing to take action on right away and then you will be armed with knowledge you hadn’t been leaning into.

I can tell you even my husband weighs and portions out his lunch daily after 1.5 years of eating the same thing M-F. No eyeballing it for him and he is now at his goal weight of “normal” on the BMI chart and has been maintaining that for about 3 months by keeping that consistency.

Same Bathing Suit, 5 years apart…

Probably 50 lbs difference.

Thankful this Thursday that I took a chance that something would work out. In May of 2024, when I took my first GLP1 shot I had nothing but a hope and a prayer 🙏 I prayed that I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction to the medication and a hope that if I tried it, I wouldn’t live to see the next day and it would help to stabilize my overreactionary body and help it get back to a more functional state of being👏

So grateful that even though it was a risky move because I have been allergic to so many things in the past, this med has seemed to been the missing link my body has needed for years to be properly supported!

Thank you for being here on this journey with me. Let’s toast to the beginning of another chapter!🥳
