GLP1 Mom Life - waterpolo tournament edition When you are on the go, how do you hit your protein goals? Preplanning is essential and you making sure you fuel throughout the day is, too! Starting with a decaf coffee @starbucks and adding my favorite protein hot chocolate was perfect for this cold morning in Palos Verdes.
