Day 60 of 75 hard! Saw a reel the other day from a brother in Christ, who posted about his workout being his place of worship. And I sat down and thought about that thing because as you know, I 100% believe that the best way for God to use us as a vessel is to keep our bodies healthy. But I guess I never really sat with the thought that having our designated time with worship music can be counted as our worship. Working out is an intentional act of worship that aligns with biblical principles. It’s honoring our bodies through the care and thorough stewardship of our bodies. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 compares the Christian life to a race, emphasizing the importance of discipline and self-control. Physical training parallels spiritual training, requiring commitment and perseverance. Regular exercise builds discipline and self-control, qualities that are also essential for spiritual growth. By practicing this in your physical routines, you can strengthen your ability to apply them in your spiritual life. Let’s worship together!🙌🏽 75hardchallenge fitnessmotivation
