Always watch… The alignment of your hands and forearm when you are doing your everyday tasks! Keeping your hands and forearm in a straight line as much as possible when doing your everyday tasks makes sure we take strain off the tendons/bones involved in lateral epicondylitis! Now I know for some tasks/activities in our day that is challenging, but there are still ways to solve it (e.g. ergonomic equipment). So watch that alignment! ✨And don’t forget to SAVE THIS for later to refer back to/FOLLOW us for more tips and decreasing your pain/SHARE with another!✨ By the way, if you would like to learn my entire therapeutic home program for lateral epicondylitis then comment “tennis elbow” and I’ll get you the info!
