INGREDIENTS

8 oz burrata (2x 4oz balls)
1/3 cup marinara
basil
1 egg
Â½ cup panko
Â½ cup flour
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. To a shallow bowl, add flour. To a second shallow bowl, add well beaten egg. To a third shallow bowl, add panko, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
2. Carefully, dredge burrata ball in flour until coated, then in egg until coated, then in panko until coated. Then, dredge the ball again in egg until coated and in panko again until coated. Place on a plate, and freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees. Once preheated, remove burrata from freezer and spray with cooking oil.
4. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until lightly golden brown.
5. Pour marinara into shallow bowl and place burrata balls on top. Top with fresh basil, and enjoy!

Mother’s Day Tablescape

INGREDIENTS

cara cara
navel
mandarin
blood orange
burrata
olive oil
flakey salt
mint, cut into ribbons

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut the ends off of the oranges. Stand each fruit upright and use a sharp knife to cut off the peel and any white pith, following the curves of the fruit. Slice the citrus crosswise into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
2. Lay citrus on a platter, alternating between the different types, to create a mosaic of the different colors.
3. Tear pieces of burrata and place on the citrus.
4. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, pinch of salt, mint ribbons, and enjoy!

SALAD INGREDIENTS
* Lettuce
* Strawberries
* Blueberries
* Blackberries
* Air Fried Brie (see below)
* Dressing (see below)
AIR FRIED BRIE BITE INGREDIENTS
* 1 brie round
* 1/2 cup plain flour
* 1 egg
* 1 tbsp milk
* 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
* 3 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
* 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare Dressing by whisking all the ingredients together, except for the olive oil. Then, slowly drizzle in olive while whisking to emulsify.
2. Cut brie into 1-inch cubes. Place in a single layer on a small tray and freeze for 1-2 hours.
3. Place flour in one bowl, mix egg and milk together in a second bowl, and place breadcrumbs in a third bowl. Toss each brie cube in flour, then coat in egg mixture and finally breadcrumbs. Repeat with remaining cubes.
4. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes or until golden.
5. Pour dressing onto lettuce and toss. Layer in sliced strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
6. Top with air-fried brie bites and enjoy!

Think of the Brie wedge 🔽 coming from a large round Brie wheel ⚪️. The center of the wheel is the most ripe part and gets less ripe as you get to the outer edge.

By cutting the long slices, more people can have a taste of the center/tip and share in the variations of ripeness throughout the wedge.

Oftentimes, this etiquette is not followed. The tip goes first and at the end of the party the Brie has been picked over with a sad hunk of rind left behind.

That said, I often break this rule when shooting cheese videos. For instance, I break it in Part 3 of this Brie series (because I wanted a great shot that would show the filling) and in the video for my @worldmarket cheese knives because (again) the shot looked better. But at parties I try to do it the “right” way.

brie wedge
mascarpone
dried apricots, chopped
pistachios, chopped
olive oil
flakey salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix together mascarpone with apricots, pistachios, a drizzle of oil, and a pinch of flakey salt.
2. Slice chilled brie wedge in half.
3. Smooth mascarpone mixture onto both halves of the brie wedge.
4. Layer more of the chopped apricots on one half and place the brie halves on top of each other.
5. Smooth the sides of the combined brie, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

13 oz wheel of brie
Bread boule
1/2 cup blueberry jam
1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
Fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt
2 Tbsp butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cut out a hole in the bread the size of the brie wheel (trace the brie with a knife to measure). Once cut, remove any excess bread to fit the brie wheel.
3. Cut approx. 1 inch slices around the edge of the bread, but be sure not to cut all the way through.
4. Score the brie wheel and place in the center of the bread. Top with blueberry jam, pecans, rosemary, and salt.
5. Brush bread top and sides with melted butter and place in the oven until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted (mine took approx 40 minutes, but check your oven at the 20min mark)

Ingredients
2-3 (8-ounce) brie wheels, cold
Honey, for serving
Honey comb, for serving (optional)
Fresh rosemary sprigs, for serving (optional)
Crackers, for serving
Directions
Cut the rind off the Brie (save for another use if you like) and cut brie into cubes. Let brie come to room temperature.
Add brie to the base of a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed. Transfer to a serving plate or bowl.
Top whipped brie with honey comb, if using, and drizzle with honey. Garnish with rosemary and serve with crackers on the side. (Alternatively, try using blueberry jam instead of honey and garnish with fresh thyme!)

Note that you can totally make these without them by putting the glasses in a basket with a tea towel and leaning them on their side.

What do you think of this trend? I love how pretty these drinks turn out, but you may have noticed in my “sip” portion of the video that the ice detaches after a short while!So if you’re going to serve them up to your guests, I would use it as an opportunity to pour the drink while your guests watch for the full effect.

Note that I used Empress Gin here with Tonic and a lemon… I’m a pretty simple gal, but I’ve seen this done with lots of different drinks, including brown alcohols like bourbon, etc. fyi- it’s @empress1908gin

Fruit Salad + Dressing has gone Viral lately. I tend to think fruit salad is just fine on it’s own… no dressing needed, but the truth is that this simple mixture of lime juice, zest & honey really does bring out the flavors in the fruit. “RECIPE” ⬇️

INGREDIENTS

Strawberries, quartered
Clementines, peeled and quartered
Pineapple, quartered
Kiwis, peeled and quartered
Blueberries
Mint, cut into fine ribbons
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ½ tsp lime zest
2 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

1. For the dressing, combine lime juice, lime zest, and honey.
2. For the salad, combine strawberries, clementines, pineapple chunks, kiwis, and blueberries.
3. Top with dressing and mint. Enjoy!

Easter Bunny Charcuterie 🐰 Directions below ⬇️ And yes, I know this isn’t technically “charcuterie” because there are no cured meats, however, you guys just love the word, so imma use it generously around here. 😜

INGREDIENTS

3 (13 oz) brie wheels
2 mini brie bites
3 pink candy almonds
2 black m&m’s
5 Raincoast Crisp crackers
2 oz goat cheese
1 oz lemon curd
1 celery stalk
3 cheddar slices
5 parsley leaves
20 butterfly crackers
12 oz blueberries
2 oz blackberries

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut both sides of one round brie wheel to create two “ear” shapes.

2. Place two whole brie wheels on the board to create both the “head” and the “body” of the bunny, and the two “ears” on top of the head.

3. Lay down mini brie bites to create the cheeks, a pink candy almond for the nose, two black m&m’s for the eyes and two more pink candy almonds onto the ears.

4. To create the flower crackers, roll approx. 1 tsp of goat cheese into a ball for each “flower” and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

5. Place the chilled goat cheese balls on the Raincoast Crisp crackers and gently press with thumb to create flower shape and carefully spoon lemon curd into the indent created by your thumb.

6. Cut thin slices of celery from the stalk and place on board for the “flower stems,” then place the flower crackers at the top.

7. Cut the cheddar slices into 5 carrot shapes.

8. Lay “carrots” on board and garnish with parsley leaves for the “carrot stems”.

9. Place butterfly crackers along the edge of the top of the board.

10. Scatter the blueberries on the top half of the board to create the “sky” and layer in blackberries. Enjoy!

S’MORES BARK

INGREDIENTS:
⁃ Graham Crackers
⁃ 2 packages of Peeps
⁃ Chocolate chips
⁃ Coconut Oil
⁃ Sprinkles
⁃ Pastel M&M’s

DIRECTIONS:
⁃ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and layer with graham crackers
⁃ Spray a microwave safe container with cooking spray and add Peeps then microwave in 15 second increments and stir until fully melted then spread out Peeps mixture on graham crackers
⁃ Melt chocolate chips with 1tsp of coconut oil and spread on top of Peeps layer
⁃ Add sprinkles and m&m’s. I used some fun candy bunnies, carrots and flowers from Target but I honestly wouldn’t use them again, they were too hard to eat through and I was scared the kiddos were going to break their teeth.
⁃ Cool in the refrigerator for 20minutes, break into pieces and enjoy!

Deviled Eggs (makes 24 halves)

INGREDEINTS:
- 12 eggs
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp fresh black pepper
- Paprika for garnish

DIRECTIONS
1️⃣ Hard boil eggs and transfer to an ice bath

2️⃣ Peel, cut in half and separate egg yolks

3️⃣ In a medium bowl combine cooked egg yolks, mayo, butter, dijon, vinegar, salt & pepper, then mix until smooth. For better consistency, use a hand mixer. PRO TIP: mash yolks first before adding other ingredients

4️⃣ Add mixture into piping bag and fill each egg white half. You can also use a zip-top bag if that’s easier.

5️⃣ Garnish with paprika

1 pint honey
Crostini
Goat cheese
Rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour honey into mixer bowl and turn on high.
2. Whip for 10-20 minutes or until honey turns white and becomes thicker.
3. Pour into glass containter, and serve on crostinis topped with goat cheese and rosemary. Enjoy!

1 ½ - 2 cups chopped pickles
2 cups sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning
Dill

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add panko and toast until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
2. Add sour cream, ranch seasoning, chopped pickles, and panko to a bowl. Make sure to reserve some of the panko and the chopped pickled for topping the dip. Mix well.
3. Top with panko, chopped pickles, and dill, and serve with your favorite chips. Enjoy!

Boursin cheese
flour
Panko bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
salt
pepper
hot honey

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Create a breading station: one bowl for the flour, one for the egg, and one for the panko with the salt and pepper.
2. Coat the boursin in the flour on all sides, then the beaten egg, and finally in the panko mixture.
3. Be sure to coat all sides and press panko on to cheese to make sure it is sticking.
4. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F
5. Place the coated Boursin in the air fryer basket. Spray olive oil over the top and sides of coated Boursin. Air fry for 5 minutes at 400 °F
6. Remove from air fryer and serve with crackers or crostini while warm!

INGREDIENTS

orange juice
champagne
oranges or mandarins with leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut leaves off of oranges and wash thoroughly. Set aside.
2. Fill sphere-shaped ice molds with orange juice and place a leaf in the opening, making sure to cover the stem and a small portion of the bottom of the leaf.
3. Place in freezer for 4 hours, or overnight.
4. Carefully remove the top of the mold as not to rip the leaves.
5. Place in glass, pour champagne over the top, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

16 oz whole milk ricotta
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
16 oz strawberries, halved
8 oz raspberries
6 oz blackberries
6 oz blueberries
4 oz fresh mint
Powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add ricotta and 2 tbsp olive oil to food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Place a heart ramekin upside-down in the center of a circular platter.
3. Spread whipped ricotta on the platter and around the ramekin.
4. Place berries on whipped ricotta, starting with strawberries, and alternating between the smaller berries.
5. Top with mint and dust with powdered sugar.
6. Serve with graham crackers and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

10 oz cold cream cheese
1/2 cup (4 oz) cold sour cream
2 oz blue cheese
1 oz gin, plus more for topping
1 oz olive brine, plus more for topping
8 oz martini olives
Kosher salt
Extra-virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, gin, olive brine and a pinch of salt. Whip until smooth.

2. In a small bowl, combine the olives and about 3 table spoons of olive oil, a splash of gin, & a splash of olive brine then toss.

3. Transfer the cheese to a serving platter. Top with olive mixture and serve right away.
