INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup panko
1 ½ - 2 cups chopped pickles
2 cups sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning
Dill
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add panko and toast until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
2. Add sour cream, ranch seasoning, chopped pickles, and panko to a bowl. Make sure to reserve some of the panko and the chopped pickled for topping the dip. Mix well.
3. Top with panko, chopped pickles, and dill, and serve with your favorite chips. Enjoy!
