Deviled Eggs (makes 24 halves)
INGREDEINTS:
- 12 eggs
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp fresh black pepper
- Paprika for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1️⃣ Hard boil eggs and transfer to an ice bath
2️⃣ Peel, cut in half and separate egg yolks
3️⃣ In a medium bowl combine cooked egg yolks, mayo, butter, dijon, vinegar, salt & pepper, then mix until smooth. For better consistency, use a hand mixer. PRO TIP: mash yolks first before adding other ingredients
4️⃣ Add mixture into piping bag and fill each egg white half. You can also use a zip-top bag if that’s easier.
5️⃣ Garnish with paprika
