INGREDIENTS
16 oz whole milk ricotta
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
16 oz strawberries, halved
8 oz raspberries
6 oz blackberries
6 oz blueberries
4 oz fresh mint
Powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add ricotta and 2 tbsp olive oil to food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Place a heart ramekin upside-down in the center of a circular platter.
3. Spread whipped ricotta on the platter and around the ramekin.
4. Place berries on whipped ricotta, starting with strawberries, and alternating between the smaller berries.
5. Top with mint and dust with powdered sugar.
6. Serve with graham crackers and enjoy!
