3️⃣ Sear beef in hot oil in batches until browned and crispy on the edges. Remove.
4️⃣ Add ginger and dried chilis to the pan, then garlic.
5️⃣ Pour in the sauce and let it bubble and thicken.

INGREDIENTS
• 2–3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 jar salsa (16 oz)
• Corn taco shells
• Shredded pepper jack
• Shredded cheddar

TOPPINGS (my favorites)
• Hot sauce
• Shredded lettuce
• Diced tomato
• Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Add chicken, taco seasoning, and salsa to crockpot.
2️⃣ Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours.
3️⃣ Shred chicken directly in the crockpot and mix with juices.
4️⃣ Fill corn taco shells with chicken.
5️⃣ Top with pepper jack + cheddar.
6️⃣ Bake at 350° for 15 minutes until melty and slightly crispy.
