✨ Friendship Spiced Tea ✨

Every holiday season, I make big batches of this cozy spiced tea for teachers, neighbors, and friends. It smells like Christmas, tastes like a warm hug, and comes together in minutes. Perfect little homemade gift idea that always disappears fast!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 cup instant tea (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
2 cups orange drink mix (like Tang)
1 cup lemonade mix
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground cloves

To make:

Mix everything together and store in an airtight jar.
To serve, stir 2–3 teaspoons of the mix into a cup of hot water (or adjust to taste).

Package it up in a cute jar with a ribbon and a tag — it’s simple, thoughtful, and smells amazing. 🍊☕️

✨ Creamy One Pan Greek Chicken Orzo ✨

This is the kind of weeknight dinner that feels fancy but comes together with pantry staples. Everything bakes in one dish until creamy, cheesy, and loaded with all those bold Mediterranean flavors.

Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients
• 1 package orzo pasta
• 4 chicken thighs, diced
• 1 jar artichokes, drained
• 1 red onion, sliced
• 1 jar Kalamata olives, drained
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 jar Greek vinaigrette (@getsidedish is the absolute best!!! Use code SAVORANDSHINE15 for 15% off)
• Fill vinaigrette jar halfway with heavy cream, shake and pour over
• 1 ½ cups chicken broth
• 1 cup parmesan cheese (divided)
• Cavender’s Greek seasoning to taste

Directions
1. Add orzo, chicken, artichokes, onion, olives, tomatoes, vinaigrette + cream, broth, ½ cup parmesan, and Cavender’s into a baking dish.
2. Cover with foil and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
3. Uncover, sprinkle on the rest of the parmesan, and bake another 20 minutes.
4. Stir it all together and dig in!

Creamy, tangy, savory, and cheesy, this one pan Greek chicken orzo is perfect for busy nights when you still want something comforting and homemade.

Sometimes spaghetti just feels… predictable. You twirl it, you eat it, and it’s good, but it’s the same story every time. The other night I wanted pasta night to feel a little different, so I swapped spaghetti for rigatoni and rolled tiny meatballs instead of the usual big ones. Something about those bite-sized meatballs tucked into the ridges of rigatoni just hit differently. Cozy, comforting, but fresh enough to make it feel like a whole new dish. 🍝✨

Meatball Rigatoni Recipe
• 1 lb ground beef (or mix beef + pork)
• 1 egg
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• ½ cup grated parmesan
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt + pepper
• 1 jar marinara sauce @jerseyitaliangravy
• 1 lb rigatoni pasta
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese

How to make it:
1. Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Roll into tiny meatballs.
2. Brown meatballs in a skillet until golden, then pour in marinara and let them simmer.
3. Boil rigatoni until al dente, then toss with sauce + meatballs.
4. Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until bubbly.

Serve it straight out of the dish with crusty bread.

This one pan Cheesy Italian Chicken Pasta is sooooo delicious! It’s comes together in 30 minutes, and it only takes two pans to make the whole thing! You know I love my creamy Boursin cheese and this is no different! Recipe below ⬇️

RECIPE:
2-3 tablespoons good olive oil
1 whole @boursin cheese (garlic and herb)
2-3 chicken thighs, diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup white wine
4 cloves garlic
1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
3-4 cups cooked pasta
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Fresh basil, chopped

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a large baking dish, start with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to coat the bottom. Add your Boursin cheese, tomatoes, diced chicken, garlic and white wine. Add the rest of your olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian dressing mix. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. While cooking, cook your pasta and drain. When the chicken comes out of the oven, mash it all together with a fork then add your pasta while still hot. Top with Parmesan and fresh basil. Enjoy!

Here’s how to make it:
• 2 chicken breasts (frozen)
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 can Rotel
• 1 can diced green chiles
• 1 tsp tomato bouillon
• Cavender’s Greek seasoning to taste
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 package @enjoypetes spaghetti noodles

Add everything except the pasta and 1 cup of cheese to your crockpot.

Cook on high for 4 hours, adding the pasta after 2 hours.
Top with fresh-grated cheese during the last hour and stir until creamy perfection.

Chicken Bacon Italian Pasta Bake

My whole family loved this one and so will you since it's all made in one dish, and literally takes 10 minutes of prep. The oven will do all the hard work!
1 package rotini pasta
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 tablespoon basil pesto
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons bacon jam or chopped crispy bacon
1 cup chopped asparagus
1 package Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Added cooked pasta and all other ingredients to a pan, and mix. Top with cheese.
Bake in oven at 375F for about 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!

1 cup English cucumber, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 red onion, diced
1/3 cup castelvetrano olives, halved
1/3 cup peperoncini peppers, sliced
4 1/2 oz salami, chopped
4 oz feta cheese, cubed
Salad Supreme Seasoning, to taste 1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
3/4 cup @terradelyssa EVOO
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Toss everything together and enjoy! Best when chilled for at least an hour!
