Post workout snackin on some hemp seeds 🙌🏼 definitely need something quick and convenient in between my workout classes so me energy stays UP and my hunger stays DOWN!

There really is no truly perfect post workout fuel, but there are post workout nutrition goals we should all hit :
1) Protein! Including protein post workout to repair those teeny tiny muscle tears will help you recover for next sesh!
2) Hydration! Nuts & seeds are really low water (high calorie dense!) so I make sure to drink a lot of water 💦
3) Satisfaction! Make sure you enjoy what you’re having! You don’t need to down a protein supplement or a plain chicken breast - unless that’s your thing! But don’t feel pressured to have to eat that . Keep that food stress low 🙌🏼
