Extneral motivation is the little rewards and outside “wins”. It’s usually a result! My external motivation is definitely new workout clothes 😂 If i complete a certain number of workouts per month I get to buy an outfit ! So I did buy the newest Vital Seamless Collection pants & crop top in blue this time. I’m in love!
